          研究興趣 

          上海交通大學植物發育生物學研究室(Laboratory of Plant Developmental Biology)於2004年8月15日成立 。實驗室主要圍繞以下三個研究領域開展工作:

          1)水稻花序和花器官形態建成的分子調控機理研究:

          水稻具有特殊的花序和花器官結構  ,決定糧食產量 ,利用遺傳學、生物化學、細胞生物學等手段研究MADS-box等轉錄因子參與水稻花序和花器官形態建成 。

          2)水稻雄性生殖發育機理研究:

          植物雄性生殖器官花葯發育以及雄性生殖細胞花粉的形成對於植物孢子體和配子體世代交替、遺傳和變異等非常重要 ,涉及細胞分裂、分化、細胞和細胞之間交流、細胞死亡以及減數分裂、有絲分裂等重要生物學過程。我們利用系統生物學(基因組、蛋白組、代謝組等)、遺傳學、細胞生物學、生物化學、結構生物學等手段研究控制水稻生殖發育的細胞和細胞之間通訊、細胞程序性死亡、脂類代謝等重要分子機制 。

          3)轉基因生物分子特徵研究:

          利用系統生物學手段研究轉基因生物在基因組、轉錄組、蛋白組、代謝組變化規律,建立轉基因生物分子特徵檢測監測新方法,制訂相關技術標準 。

          研究成果

               近年來 ,實驗室承擔了國家和上海市多項重大重點課題,建立了植物發育研究體系和技術平臺、國家轉基因生物分子特徵驗證測試中心、上海市轉基因生物科普教育基地等 。

          分離鑑定了多個控制水稻花序和花器官發育以及花粉形成等重要農藝性狀相關的基因 ,闡明瞭花序和花分生組織決定、絨氈層細胞程序性死亡、生殖細胞和營養細胞相互作用的機制,建立了多種轉基因生物分子特徵分析方法。在Developmental Cell、PNAS、Nature Communications、Plant Cell、Plant Physiology、Nuclear Acid Research、Cell Research、Analytical Chemistry等發表90多篇研究論文 。獲授權專利14項;制定國家ISO技術標準4項,制定國家標準20餘項 。2004年和2012年獲得上海市科技進步一等獎 ; 2006年獲得明治乳業生命科學獎優秀獎(張大兵)、2012年獲上海市自然科學牡丹獎(張大兵)、上海市科技啓明星(張大兵、楊立桃) 。有多名研究生獲得上海市優秀博士論文(李暉,2012年)、國家和上海市優秀博士、碩士研究生獎學金 。

           

          承擔教學

          承擔主講的本科生課程有:細胞生物學(雙語)、生物化學D、生物化學F、植物生物技術(雙語)、動物生物技術、生物安全導論(雙語)、生物學導論(雙語)。參與本科生課程有:生化分析原理和方法(雙語)、遺傳學(雙語、致遠學院)、發育與再生生物學(雙語、致遠學院)等。參與的本科生實驗課程有:生物化學實驗、生物技術綜合實驗、生物學導論實驗課等  。

          承擔主講的研究生課程有:細胞發育生物學(雙語)、生物安全(雙語)。參與的研究生課程有:生物化學技術原理與應用(雙語)。
